Cant autoforward my work emails

Hi, im trying to set up my emails so they autoforward to another account, which i can view on my blackberry. My work email is on Outlook 2003 exchange, on windows xp, and i couldnt set my blackberry to download emails directly from this account, so i thought id try and set it up so it sends a copy to my BT address.
Ive set the rule up so whatever email i get, it autoforwards it to this other email address. But try as i may, its not working.
Any ideas?
