Saving login and password for mse on explorer7 xp

I have ask to save passwords in autocomplete checked but it doesnt ask me. I don't normally save passwords on explorer but I want to for mse how can I do this please?

Have you tried deleting the Password History, if you have been asked to save the MSE password before and said No it will not ask you again.0
