5 year expiry date on debit card

A few months ago, I finally managed to get a debit card from Nationwide. The card had an expiry date in 2014 (i.e. 5 years in the future).
Haven't really used the debit card online yet as I keep the account for holidays (both UK and abroad).
Today I tried to book with Parkdean Holidays. Their website doesn't go past 2013 for expiry year. I had to pay with another card then visit the branch to withdraw cash and pay into the other account (as NW don't send faster payments and I have to pay rent tomorrow from this other account).
Just wondering if anyone knows of any other websites that don't allow you to enter distant expiry dates like this?
I'm going to be contacting NW to ask them to issue a card with a more recent expiry date so I don't have this problem in the future.

I'm not sure this would be Nationwide's fault - we deal with a large vlume of card payments, both UK and international where I work, and expiry dates in excess of 5 years are not uncommon. They may not be that common for UK-issued cards but for many other countries they are entirely normal.
It sounds more like the payment section of the company's website needs updating to take longer expiry dates into account, although if you had called them, they may well have been able to process the payment over the phone - I know we had to do this on one occasion when we had a card with a 20 year expiry (Spanish, I think). We processed the payment over the phone then the website was updated to cope in the future.
