    After being made redundant, the overdraft was my mortgage payments until I got another job. I wouldn't class that as overspending, just a necessity. I wish I had spent the money on shoes and handbags - may have made me happier!

    They are not spamming if you bother to look.There is no financial gain for them and no aff links.
