Anyone out there had any dealings with American company 3B Sotware

Recently purchased a piece of software from them called Registry Repair Pro, but when got my Credit Card bill in, found had been charged for 3 other pieces of software.
No amount of e-mails to them has had any response other than automated replies saying they will deal with my question.

Has been going on now since beginning of February

Raise an unauthorised transactions dispute through your credit card and do it fast, you only have a limited time to do so.

uninstall it, do a virus/spyware scan with a good scanner, and contact your credit card company

thanks for responses, kind of thought it was a scam but was sucked into it as it was recommended by Ashampoo.com whose software have used for a number of years now and always found it to be good and always " as it said on the box" have tried to get them involved as well but without too much success so really Ashampoo name is also now suspect.

Will post further when have gone through the avenues.

Will also try and post on other thread as suggested

I am very surprised by the replies below. I have used the free version of "Windows Registry Repair Pro" from 3B Software for years, and very successfully. First time round, it found and deleted loads of 'junk', and my computer speeded up considerably. Since then I've run it at times, esp. after uninstalling software, and have never had any problems at all. I would recommend it as 'very effective'.
Maybe the negative reports are posted by competitors - who knows?
