DMC Dial-up Internet - (lack of) Support Line

Does anyone else use DMC Dial-up line to access the internet?
I have been trying all day to get through to their Support line / Switchboard / Help. NOTHING. Not a sausage.
The Sales lines just ask you to leave a message and there are no on-line agents available and email just gets auto-replied to.
Does anyone know what is happening to this company...?
I got a tip DMC were good on MSE :-(
