thanks!! i'll get on that once ive paid the money taking me over my limit. worked out that ive paid £340 in charges :O :O

how long did it take for you to get the charges back? i remember when my dad did this it took quite some time. he had to threaten to take them to court but got his money in the end!

also, when u mention a schedule of charges, does this mean bank statements highlighting when the charges were made?

Sorry for the delay Clairebear, They phoned my Daughter, she then confirmed that I would be talking with them! ( Oh Goody! ). Re-iterated the points in the SECOND letter, told hem that if they wanted to go to Court over it and lose then we could do it that way if they wanted, but was it worth it for a couple of hundred quid?
