0% balance transfer with only a 'fair' credit rating

Hi all,
Does anyone know of a credit card with 0% on balance transfers, I only owe £150 now but I'm paying 19.9% on it with my current cc (barclaycard) I'd only need it for about 3 months as I'm paying £10 per week + my minimum monthly payment. I have a fair credit rating but had a default registered on my credit rating last year - I wonder if anyone knows of any cards that might suit me? Thanks in advance ...
