goodwill gesture from MBNA

sent off Martin's template letter a few months back to mbna reclaiming £385 of charges and got an offer of a "goodwill gesture" of £65 as they value my custom! Some of the charges are before July 2006 and some after. They have refunded the difference to the £12 charge before that date and nothing after.
Not sure what to do. £385 is alot of money i thought was gone for good yet £65 is better than nothing! Have read through MSE guides about this and some of the forums.
Any advice?
Thanks in advance

Write back to them telling them you want the full amount with interest or you will go to court/FOS.
They will pay up almost immediately (i know - i work there:rotfl: )No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

Write the second letter TCM
I got the same response from MBNA after my first letter, sent the second and they refunded the lot, £12's included. Total £1500.0 -
I had a similar response from MBNA, but bit the bullet and told them I wasn't happy - they refunded me everything i asked for including all my £12 charges & interest. I have now closed that account it was £1605.
