Electric radiator suggestion for Bedroom with no CH

Options
Hi

We have just moved into a rented home, and the 2 bedrooms upstairs have no central heating. Is there electric radiators out there that are a good alternative to CH radiators? Needs to be cost efficiant to run :p

Cheers
Bigmaz

I cannot find it anywhere though it was a Which? Best Buy.

    I did buy this one.

It was also a best buy. It's very good upstairs. It costs 25p in electricity an hour to run, when its on full power setting.

I also cannot find anywhere selling it. maybe you can still buy it direct.

You might consider an oil filled radiator. They are quite heavy but have the advantage of retaining the heat for quite a while after they've been switched off.

All these portable heaters are the same efficiency and therefore cost the same to run. The only choice to be made is that of convenience of use, ie convector, halogen, oil filled radiator, fan etc
I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.

Not cheap to buy but they look quite normal hanging off the wall and they are programmable so you you can set a desired temperature in the room or time it to come on and off as you like so they will help to keep costs down that way.
