To be honest I would rather spend many more pounds than pay this amount to prove a few contractual terms based on their arrogance to use it againt me when it suits them while not using it to the point when having to perform their own obligations within.
Can they withhold my deposit for this...?

Guys, thanks you're right..... I will just pay up and move on.... now however they are stating that they will be updating the reference they gave to our new agent when we move out..... I am soooooo annoyed with them, what more can I do...?0
