I know what one of the fines is for, the other just says Fixed Penalty and I had received 2 letters, I just did not know it was going to escalate into this. I will get in touch with the court and see if I can get a stay. Cheers for the help.0

Is this truly the 1st time you have heard of this? Do you know what the fines are for?
If you haven't received any claim forms, any notification, you can go to the court and request a stay of execution:

Phone or go to your local court ASAP and explain the situation to them, they'll tell you what to do. There'll be fees to be paid though (varies from application to application), again the court can tell you what they are. Remember they can only help you with the procedures to follow, they do not give legal advice.
Sorry, bailiffs are not my area of expertise, but if you log on CAG (click on my sig), we do have a bailiffs section where people who do know can guide you better.
I don't think the application to set aside here works.
This is a criminal matter - note it is a fine that is unpaid. Not damages.0 -

I thought that you could still apply to have enforcement of a debt set aside to call off bailiff action if certain criteria had not been met. I'm not sure if that applies here as I'm not sure if the OP knew about the fines going out for enforcement or not.
SWK3 - did you say that a list of goods had been generated by the bailiffs (note they are BAILIFFS, not DEBT COLLECTORS, the distinction is important and relevant to the advice you will get so please try to use the correct term).
They totally can't take fixtures, fittings and goods that do not belong to you. The problem comes with proving ownership of the goods of course. If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything0 -
I'm not sure either, which is why I directed the OP to CAG, where there are people who will know for sure.
