i don't really want to have a week off cause i think it would be a slippery slope and i'd never get back into it...

i just dunno what has made me like this moreso today than ever... i usually feel okay with underlying current of this, but i can usually overcome it......

Oh, and application for CSO has come. I have until the 3rd to fill it in and WOW West Mercia Constabulary into thinking they need ME to patrol the streets of Telford...

i have a massage booked for thursday night, celebrating getting into the 14 stones.... even though i have now gotten into the 13's... mind you by thursday i could be back up into the 14's again!!

right i'm finished wallowing now, thanks for the support and kicks up the bum etc.....

mrs doomcow is off all this week so stressless house coupled with my giant sub for dinner, it rocks.

if i were a cat, i'd purrr!!!!!

booked in at the spa for a full bosy massage and a facial of some sort (mrs DC picked it, i just booked it)
