hi folks... i am feeling rather miserable today.. well this evening actually... i have hit the wall today with this diet, which is not bad considering it has been 9 weeks, but i am so struggling...
i texted my advisor woman to say i was feeling low and in danger of falling off the wagon about half past three.... and since then i have fallen of said wagon about 950 times.... and she still hasn't actually called/texted me back yet....
i went into mum's and she was having boiled ham with cabbage.... so i had some (not loads, just a saucer full really but too much), then i ate a macaroon biscuity thing.... then i fed the cats some tuna and had 2 forkfulls of that.... then i made erins tea and had half a dozen oven chips....
now i know none of this is going to kill me, but it's all bad.... and i feel like carp now.......
oh and i'm on my 2nd can of diet irn bru.... oh !!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry for going on, but this is a mini crisis to me.... someone snap me out of it! i know people have real problems and this is nonsense but i am really upset...........I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
Yeah I don't sew either Bun, but it's what my mum did when she went from an 18 on top to a 14. Worked out much cheaper.
Don't feel guilty Maz, minor blip and tomorrow is another day

Maz,
Having been down the CD road several times....
Give yourself a break. This will not end what has been an AMAZING journey for you, pick yourself up, dust yourself off and try and firgure out what set off the little 'binge'.
When I was really down last week-I kept finding myself in front of the cupboard with biscuits in my hand, bags of crisps in my paws....
Been kind to yourself, stop the 'stinking thinking' and realise you're just being a normal human.Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
Diet Irn bru!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!put the can down....
the food i can understand but not pop yuch...
Maybe its time you had a week off Maz......
don't be too hard on yourself maz, you have done really well.Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

I found it harder and harder each time I 'took a break' to get back on it...Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0
