1. Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over except employees and their families of Virgin Trains, affiliated companies, suppliers or agents.

2. There are 10,000 free First Class tickets available which will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Tickets are therefore subject to availability. To claim your free First Class Virgin Trains return ticket send your used London-Manchester or Manchester-London boarding card stub and application form to Plane Relief 5, PO BOX 660, Slough, SL1 5PW.

3. This offer is valid on any London to Manchester or Manchester to London one way or return flight taken on a weekday only between 01/02/06 and 31/03/06 inclusive with any airline operator. Weekend flights are not valid for this promotion.

4. Flights taken on any other route or outside the stated promotional dates will not be eligible to claim the promotional offer.

5. Photocopies of boarding card stubs will not be accepted.

6. The free First Class Virgin Trains return ticket is valid only on the Virgin Trains network, specifically on the route London Euston to/from Manchester Piccadilly, Stockport, Macclesfield, Wilmslow, Liverpool, Preston, Crewe, Chester, Runcorn, Wigan or Warrington. Breaks in journeys cannot be made. These tickets are only valid on weekday services.

7. Seats are subject to availability and customers may need to be flexible about time of travel. Seat reservations are compulsory for both outward and return journeys. The reservation number will be on the free ticket voucher. You must travel on the services you are reserved on. If you travel on any service other than the service you are reserved on you will be subject to the appropriate excess charge for the journey being made or penalty fare.

8. Some services may be affected by engineering works, please check when booking. You are advised to check the day before travel.

9. You must present your free First Class ticket voucher to the Train Manager upon request.

10. Free First Class Virgin Trains tickets have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative, refund or any other ticket. Tickets are non-transferable.

11. The closing date for applications is 28th April 2006

12. A free First Class Virgin Trains return ticket will be issued within 30 days of receipt of a valid application.

13. Free First Class Virgin Trains return tickets must be used by 31st August 2006.

14. No applications will be accepted from third parties or in bulk.

15. Responsibility cannot be taken for lost, delayed or damaged applications.
