remove stains

unfortunatley had a bit of accident tonight. i managed to get blood stains on paint work, carpet and wallpaper. also some towels and clothing. these i've put in the wash but having problems with paintwork especially. the ceilings are white but a wet cloth is taking the paint off.
anyone got any suggestions?

I would suggest salty water to remove the most of the blood but you may need to repaint to get rid of it totally. prefrabley before the rozzers turn up0
