I have come out of hospital after year and today was given a flat by a private landlord, unfurnished. I am in a wheelchair and receive DLA, applied for ESA. I have been told the supplier of gas and electric is Scottish power do i get any reductions or discounts with being disabled.Please help

What discounts are you referring to?
There are age related discounts for insulation etc, but as far as I am aware no company gives age related discounts on gas/elec prices.
From time to time companies have tariffs for those on low incomes; although the advantages are often marginal.0 -
if they have a social / fuel poverty tariff you might qualify. to get this you usually have to spend over 10% of your income on energy.0
