Trying to save in the C drive

in Techie Stuff
When trying to save in the C drive, I am told that I dont have permission to do so. It is my computer so I should be able to save where I like. Can anyone shed any light on this?

Everywhere in C: did you try My Documents?
Try right click c: in my computer and change permissions
multiple user accounts? some admin/some limited?0
