There are so many threads giving so much information,yet still I can't find exactly what I'm looking for. We have a BT line. As far as billing is concerned, we are on talktalk but only use them weekends for free calls. The invoice from BT is for line rental only. The invoice from talktalk is non-existant. Budgetcom,Teletop,and 18185/1899/18866 etc etc are all part of the same group Finarea SA of Lugano Switzerland.They are the people behind the majority of these cheap call brands.

Teletop require you to call an 020 access number which is not free to call if you dont have inclusive minutes.Finarea have blocked access to this number via 1899/18866/18185.
