I am really angry that www.eden4balloons.co.uk have failed to deliver my mothers day balloon. I was advised that it was dispatched on Friday for Delivery Saturday and it never arrived :mad: the tracking number given doesn't work and tbh i am not sure it was ever dispatched.
Their customer service is worse than terrible, they try and fob you off with "put your complaint in an email, I can't deal with it over the phone"!! I had to be very determined to ensure they dealt with me over the phone and the lady really wasn't happy to do so, even refusing to take my number and calling me back insisting that i had to stay on hold for the time it took her to try and "find" my item.
I found this company through Quidco - stupidly thinking that if they are on there they must be ok. How wrong could i be. They have refunded my money but that really misses the point.
Vent over - I am now of to find my mother a replacement gift! Anyone know of any deals on flowers????:rotfl:
