I have a predicament.

I'm in a little bit of a predicament here.

Currently Im diagnosed as psychotic
adn have just been accpeted for
DLA.

Now also currently I spend a lot
of time building websites, that don't
generate any income for me but
there is a guy who has his head
well strung up in the air and is
insistent he will report me to
the fraud department as my sites
have adsense ad's on them.

Surely until those adsense ad's
are genearting a guaranteed income
I don't need to declare them?

I think I'm right as if I can't declare
something i don't have then that's
the way it is.

Also just so I know, how much is it
that I am allowed to earn while on DLA?

Thanks.
I work a 45 hour week. 12 hours round trip every day.

My money I have I invest on my blog. Any questions or help offered? I'd love to hear from you.

Yes you are quite safe in regards to your DLA claim. Do you claim any other benefits?

I applied for incapacity but not
sure if it has been accpeted yet.

I know this matters but again I
still don't know how I let them know
    about unorganised earnings.

    Earnings that aren't officila
    nor guratneed.

Is there a way for me to declare
    these?

Does anyone know what I should do about
this, I do now know the DLA is not something
to worry about but the Incapacity is.

Hwoever I dont know what I do about
bringing up earnings that aren't guaranteed
    or haven't even occured yet

    Thanks

I imagine you would go down as self employed; many people in this category have variable, non guaranteed earnings.
