iTunes account - moving to a new computer

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right place for this, so forgive me if I'm wasting people's time.
I want to sell my iTunes account - it has just over 300 pounds in it but I don't use it and am selling everything I can to help clear debts. Assuming that I can find a buyer, if I send them my username and password, can they transfer the account to their computer?
If they can, what happens to my library - do they get that too?
(I'd delete my banking details before sending off the account access).
Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

They won't get your library, that's uniquely on your PC/Mac. You'd have to de-authorise your PC/Mac's account.
But I'm unsure of the legality of selling the account.
How have you got £300 in it, do you mean in credit ready to spend?0 -
Yes, a couple of years ago someone on ebay was selling gift vouchers for 100 worth of itunes credit for 25 so I bought 4, and set up an iTunes account with 400 in it.
We've spent about 87.00 but really don't use it.
I've tried to buy gift vouchers with the account but because it was funded by gift vouchers I cant do that.0
