Anyone having problems getting Auctiva to download photos ? I have been trying all afternoon, but it keeps telling me that the Active X control hasn't been installed.
I use Auctiva all the time, and haven't changed anything. I only seem to have had this problem since they had their virus problems.

I often have days where Auctiva won't work at all. For the sake of my sanity I usually log out and leave it 24 hours and then just try again.
I had the unable to download photos scenario one day about 2 weeks ago but it was fine the next day.

I got a a mail today to say that there will be some circuit maintenance today which means Auctiva will be down for 30 mins at some point today. Wonder if the two things are related ?You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0

Problems again at the moment, items listed with Auctiva are coming up with missing symbols and headers. I finally managed to list via Auctiva by going through Mozilla Firefox and not Internet Explorer.You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0

Sorry I should have suggested that. I can't access Auctiva at all through IE.
Photos and symbols on posted items appear to be OK again this morning. I think I am getting to the stage of having had enough of Auctiva. Photos are back up, sort of, but now you can't set up any new auctions as it is impossible to add any description about your item, it just goes to a completely blank page.

I will try later , calm thoughts . calm thoughts................................. I blamed my PC at first as well but then I noticed that the error seemed 'fatal' when I checked how the page was loading.

I tried to revise some items earlier on Ebay and kept getting a blank page, so maybe there are system problemsYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
still not getting it to work properly today either ! - cant preview a listing and the decription is locked to HTML format - grrrrrr!0
