msn troubles

in Techie Stuff
i usually keep a history record of chat on msn, but when trying to read it this morning it is in a different layout and saying i.e has restricted this file from showing active content that could acces your computer, it looks like this (below)

but when i click on the warning to allow it , there is nothing there
and also when i try to sign onto msn all the email addys which were saved are not there and it wont let me sign on just keeps coming up with the troubleshoot is anyone else have trouble with msn
