Building surveyors?

Don't you hate it when you look for a service on the Internet, email a selection of people for quote, and get absolutely zero response from any of them... You'd think people would want the work..

So, is anybody, or can anybody recommend, a surveyor in the Salford/Manchester area, who can give a report on the quality of some building work we had done, conformity with regulations, etc, and provide us with a formal report, and not charge the earth :-)

Why not try phoning them instead? They can't ignore you when you phone, unlike e-mails.

I can't recommend one as I don't live in that area, but you could try the RICS , there is a "Find a Surveyor" section on their website.

I know a couple who will do a good job, not sure what they charge though. I'll PM you.
