shiplap shed shrinking

I purchased a tongue and grove shiplap shed last October. The shed is tanalised and I haven't put any additional overtreatment on it. In the last week since the weather has dried out the boards have shrank and warped. There are now air gaps in several places. When the humidity increases I'm afraid the tongues and groves will not line up and the boards will crack. Currently I suspect it is not watertight.
What can the company who installed it do to remedy the situation? I have a feeling they will be 'difficult' in resolving it.

Probably they can do nothing now. Its the nature of wood.
It seems the timber hadn't been seasoned properly before the shed was built.0 -
I would have though though they have a responsibility to fix it though as it is within 1 year of purchase. However they are not going to be very happy at doing this as presumably this would mean stripping and replacing the cladding. Are there any other alternatives?0

Best thing to do is get in touch and tell them about the problems and see what they say. I agree with dougk as it sounds like the wood was either not seasoned or not treated correctly. You have a right to expect a shed to be able to withstand the elements.0
