"Wipeout" is my loan enforceable or not?

Hi all hope someone can help?
I have a joint account with my wife at Lloyds TSB. Approximately four years ago and two years ago I took out two loans in my own name (Unsecured) with Lloyds over the internet. I am having a horrendous time with Lloyds TSB, over these loans and would like to know if they enforceable debt or not.
Who or where could I take the documentation to have them looked at to inform me if they are enforceable or not.
Any help would be sincerely appreciated as I’m ill and this is making me even more ill.
Many thanks to anyone.

paul-wales, before we can help, we need to know why you think your loan would be unenforceable, and can you be more specific about what LLoyds TSB is doing that is making you ill. You're spelling is effecting me so much. Im trying not to be phased by it but your all making me loose my mind on mass!! My head is loosing it's hair. I'm going to take myself off the electoral role like I should of done ages ago and move to the Caribean. I already brought my plane ticket, all be it a refundable 1.0

Thank you for your reply but please try living in someone elses shoes before making an opinion of them, and their leives.
I have tried to settle the account in full with Lloyds TSB without success. All I wanted is if you like "the amunition to force them to respond". I accept I owe the money which they will have along with there pound of flesh.
Many thanks, may I suggest in future not reading forums to avoid getting irritated.
Once agin my sincere appologies for irritating and upsetting you.0 -

Thank you for your reply.
My apologies I am disabled awaiting a desperate operation which could be life threatening, but due to the stress and harassment from Lloyds TSB, I am unable to get stabilised enough to go for the operation.
In relation to the loan I’m not familiar with “Wipeout” at all but it was suggested as a method to force the position with Lloyds TSB in another forum. Therefore wish to know who to turn to for help?
Many thanks if you can assist.0 -

Your post gives little information as to what the problem actually is, and requests whether the debt can be judged uneforceable. I've made no judgement or opinion of you, I simply stated that I was irritated when people try to have a debt written off on a technicality.
What exactly is the problem, and I'll try and help with a more informative post.
I just think having a debt written off on a technicality is a cheap shot at the bank and I'm against it. There are other ways.43580 -

I am struggling to make payments, and rather than make a reduced payment plan have asked to pay the outstanding amount in full to Lloyds.
But they just will not provide me with F&F figures.
In relation to what I term harassment is the level of telephone calls on Friday I received four in the afternoon, then on the evening (quite unbelievably) I was telephoned at 19:30 on the house phone and whilst talking to Lloyds my mobile went and low and behold it was Lloyds from the same department?
Hope you can help I simply want to pay them and run?
Many thanks…..0 -

Now I am confused. You state that you don't want to pay reduced payments but want to settle in full. How do you intend to settle in full, if you are struggling to make payments?43580 -

Thank you for that I'm not having a go at you and I'm not trying to get out of the debt honestly, but what I am trying to get out of is Lloyds TSB I honestly can't cope any longer......
My situation is in short:
First loan on the net through Lloyds TSB as advised to help us out of a rut?
Sorry now realize foolish decision and poor advice again and further on the slippery slope. But again second loan as advised by Lloyds then took out on the Net.
Then 18 months ago had the money to pay off the two loans, which was requested in writing recorded delivery quite unbelievably at least 12 times (receipts still available). Despite this no response received in addition left various telephone requests on the loan answering service? Cutting a very long story short in light of no response I was instructed to complain to the Financial Ombudsman. This was carried out and my complaint in every way was upheld I was awarded £150 compensation.
However during this time the loans and interest were paid from the money we had to clear them. When we finally had the final settlement figures we did not have enough money and there was only £9000 remaining but we still required £14000.
Therefore, despite our disappointment and anger we have carried on paying £475 every month.
However, some time before Christmas our wages were reduced etc, due to the rescission and we found we were “Robbing Peter to pay Paul” Which to the great pleasure of our friendly Lloyds TSB made us go out of our over draft limit regularly which again encored further charges. At this point we asked for Lloyds TSB to help who were only too pleased to offer us yet another substantial loan which we refused.
To add to this I am registered disabled and have been put on the waiting list for an operation. However, during the consultation I was informed the odds weren’t in my favour and to “sort my affairs out” (not quite so bluntly put).
Therefore, due to struggling financially the operation and due to the harassment continually received from Lloyds I wanted to cut all ties with Lloyds despite Banking with them for 22 years.
I wrote separately outlining in detail our situation and offered £7000 on one loan with and outstanding amount of £10,000 and £2000 on a second loan with £4,500. This as usual was ignored.
I therefore went to the CAB who quite rightly had to take into account other creditors and split the £9000 between them all and therefore offered Lloyds TSB I think about £4,600 on the loan for £10,000 and £17,00 0n the loan for £4,500. Once again no response, in writing but verbally rejected.
However, during this time I have been forced to stop payments to make ends meat. Boy have I had the attention of Lloyds TSB since January phone calls every day along with letters. I offer F&F but all they want to discuss is more loans or setting up a payment plan. None of which I want to consider as I want Lloyds out of our lives once and for all.
I have been informed that should anything happen God forbid the debt will die with me as it’s unsecured and in my name. However I would prefer to resolve this in the hope nothing will go wrong, but wouldn’t like to think of leaving my wife and three children with the mess and harassment from Lloyds TSB.
Presently the operation is not possible due to being unable to get my Diabetes and Asthma stable due to the stress of Lloyds. I only wish they could see the effect they have on people’s lives.
Hope this helps sorry to go on, please don’t hesitate to ask any questions, and thank you all.
