Trying to get this offer http://www.serviceview.bt.com/list/public/notifs/13-03-2009/Notice09_boo/NotificationPeriodImpl366718FrameworkImpl337851.htm#FrameworkImpl337851 at £14.12 instead of £15.12 but none of the C/S operators know anything about it. Is there a secret department somewhere to contact for these deals?

I have just spoken to a rep in in India , he denied that such an offer existed, despite me quoting the BT Price List ref etc.
I insisted that it did and that i was reading the T&C as i spoke. He went away and spoke to a manager, he then claimed that it was an error and should read £15.12. At that point i gave up. !!!:mad:0 -

But if you do that your pay £10.27 a month for your line rental (soon to increase) and £4.85 a month for your calls = £15.12
See: http://www.productsandservices.bt.com/consumerProducts/displayCategory.do?categoryId=CON-HOME-PHN-R1
Not £14.12 a month as mentioned in BT price list.
