Returning for refund after winning a dispute

    I got through to paypal who said royal mail have not confirmed the delivery address. I need to fax in my receipt, which is fine. Problem is, I now see the BUYER has since changed their address!! What if paypal then claim I sent to the wrong address? I am getting scared now... I have until 12 April to dfax un my proof of delivery.

    Even if the buyer has changed their address it should not have changed on the original payment details you get whenn you log into paypal. You need to tell paypal as well that you used the address as per transaction number 'xxx' that they supplied.

    You can actually click a button on the dispute page and it will allow you as the seller to dispute the refund etc. Ive never had this happen to me but a friend of mine sold something as described, buyer had it 2 weeks then opened a claim not as described returned it used and not in original condition, friend disputed with paypal and sent pics etc dont know outcome.

    I don't think the main offices are based in England so call centres abroad may well have been open today.

    i uploaded it on my paypal account.:j and had it linked to the dispute when i called to ask for it to be done
