    Firstly we would like to apologise for any offence caused, this was not our intention.

    We have a very small but dedicated in-house team that answers consumer questions and enquiries. We have been overwhelmed by complimentary emails resulting from this website.

    We would like to assure you that we do value all your feedback and we have had some really nice messages, which we would like to thank you all for, however unfortunately we do not have an unlimited supply of vouchers to send to each consumer that contacts us.
