I'm basically asking the same question here. I had high cholesterol a few years back but it is now down to normal levels through medication. I have always declared it for insurance purposes, but as it is now at a normal level, do I still have to declare it when buying insurance?0

You need to thoroughly read the application to see what it is asking you.
You generally have to disclose everything that is relevant and the fact that your cholestrol is controlled by medication is relevant.
You should also be aware that if you do not disclose something to insurers they could void the policy.
Have a look at the proposal and it should say something on there - if unsure ring and ask (and make a note of the call time, who you spoke to etc and if possible get the response in writing).0
