    You tend to eat much less rice etc (even though its calorific) since it swells after you eat it - not just during cooking like pasta :D

    Yes I know it has loads which Is why I weigh my portions as its easy to put yourself a plate and wham 1000 gone! Never tried Bulga wheat but I live on cous cous and quinoa

    Bulga wheat is nice :D Great with bacon and sald mmmm

    I can never make quinoa taste good unless I put it in soup (I know I am weird), but I do love a good old portion of lentils as well - in fact I am carbtastic at the moment - had three bagels for lunch :D

    Right I will make it my mission to buy some of that on the next shopping trip. 3 Bagels :eek: and some custard?? God I love custard at the moment, I can't get enough :D
