    :wave: evening all, how easy is it to eat loads of calories...just got back from a run (have already walked 3 miles and done an hour of gardening) and said to DH, ah ive got loads of calories left to eat today 1100...had a plate of pasta and sauce with chicken and have used them all up :eek: I know it was a large plate but still !

    How is everyone this evening?

    Amazing itsn't it....I did have a 250g (cooked) plate of pasta which actually I didn't struggle eating so couldn't have been that big...that was 850 on its own :eek:
