how much harder is a masters compared to a degree?

    A lot depends on where you do the Masters! I did my BSc at a good Uni and have now gone on to do a Masters at an old Polytechnic, it's not the Masters I want but it's the quickest way to get the professional qualification I need. Anyway, the Masters is a lot easier than my degree :D

    I did a 4 year Masters in Mechanical engineering (std course 3 years). I had to do more modules in year 3, so I guess I had to do 30-40% more work that year, and the 4th year consisted of a lot of projects and more modules, I worked from 9.30 - 6pm ish every day and most evenings, then full time in the last few weeks. Enough to make me go grey, but that was my fault for flawed planning.
