they definately asked for one. a bank or credit card.she just laughed and said 'oh yeah, i'll just whip my card out shall i?'(she doesnt have a credit card. she has a bank card but didnt tell them that.)

Hope she gets this sorted out. Ive had similar myself for 3 lots of overpayments, 1 i had written off as it was not my fault it was theirs. The other 2 i have paid on payment plans since dec06 and paid my final payment this march. Which is another story as last payment was supposed to be Jan, so they now owe me money! Which i am still waiting for0
