    Oh, just e-mailed and got an almost-immediate response to say the cost of my item and the p&p have been refunded. Excellent service M&S. :j
    That should make my H a bit happier when he finds out I accidentally charged it to his card instead of my own! :rotfl:
    Property buying/selling timeline - currently into week 21
    04/12/20: Both properties listed for sale
    11/01/21: Offers accepted on both sales & on our joint purchase
     25/01/21: Identity checks completed, solicitors instructed
     27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer received 
     05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on purchase. Mortgage offer amended
     08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
    26/02/21: Partner's sale contract signed
    10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
    16/03/21: My sale contract signed
    28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
    11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
    17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
    27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
    28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!
    03/06/21: Completion

    Everything I ordered in the Sale the night before the sale was delivered today. Went in store and got some trouses reduced from £35 to £17. At the till I payed £12. However because they had been reduced again I was told that I could not return them.

    My sale stuff arrived yesterday, I'm impressed as normally it seems to take ages then half gets cancelled! They've obviously been working on improving things. Didn't have much luck with the in store sale though, think I missed the best stuff there.

    popped into m&s today and managed to get £120 worth of kids clothes and shoes for £9.25 so chuffed my son and neices have all got snow boots for this winter and more tshirts than i can shake a stick at (altough not sure why i would want to shake a stick at them???) x

    Just received both my orders this morning (including the free one hurrah), although they came about 2 hours apart - very strange.
    Going to have to exchange the baby vests I ordered though as they are far too girly for a boy to wear - the picture wasn't very clear on my little iphone screen!

    I got part of my order yesterday but the other part is not coming by the sounds of it. Although it is showing another parcel it is saying that it is sorted and according to M&S that doesn't mean I have it, she practically laughed down the phone at me when I said that must mean its on its way. The item is out of stock they said. She did say though if it does appear (which I doubt very much) even though I've been refunded now they will let me have the item for free...! It was very annoying especially when I ordered it at 9pm the night before the sale, just as sale prices went live, I thought I'd definitely get it. Next time I will queue outside and get what I want instead of being disappointed. I wish they would get their stock levels right, think they need a better system.

    There are further reductions in store. I got:

    Girls Ugg Style Boots - Marked at £5 - £1 at till
    Girls Pink Shoes with Flowers - Marked at £12 then £5 - £1 at till
    2 x 5pack Girls Socks (flower and neon/rainbow designs) - Marked at £5/£3 - £1 at till
    Quite a few other bits were £1 too...
    :D The Very Happy Owner of a Special Agent Oso Bear and TS3 Pea's in a Pod Beanie :D
