What a nightmare!!!
I ordered 5 things in the sale and received my order confirmation at 8.40pm on tuesday.
Package arrived today and 3 out of the 5 items were wrong!!!!

One was similar to what I ordered eg. same colour wrong boots! I ordered a set of dangly earrings and got small silver hoops and a set of mini brief/thong style pants and got hotpants instead. Bah, what a nightmare.

Of course all the things are now out of stock so I've got no chance of getting a replacement for the original items. I managed to source one of the things from their London store but I've had to pay £5 for the priviledge of getting them to post me what they should have sent me in the first place.
No doubt you'll have guessed that I was straight on the phone to customer services. To give them their due they did refund me my p&p for the original order and the additional £5 I had to pay but it did take me almost 2 hours on the phone to get everything resolved.
Here's hoping the ones coming in the post are in good condition considering they've been on the shop floor for X amount of time.. all in all, very disappointed.

Me too! I am expecting mine to be despatched from today onwards and so far it's still showing as not yet despatched! I've not ordered from m&s before online, but the feedback is making me worry!!!

Ordered as soon as the sale went live online on Monday night. Ordered 6 items and received all 6 items today! What a result! Well, except for the fact that I didn't pay close enough attention to the body suits I ordered for my son. Looked at the little logo designs on the front and realised they are girls ones! oops!

Also, for anyone in the Peterborough area after the reduced kids coats, they had a load for some reason in the Main store on Bridge street on the ground floor in the centre (amongst the womens clothes!) A bit random I know not sure why they had them in that store!

Placed two orders at 9pm on Monday night. Got the second order delivered this morning. Not sure what has happened to the first order, still no dispatch note.

My dispatch date was the 25th-30th March only got my dispatch email today and my stuff arrived today, so their system doesn't seem to be uptodate because it was actually posted on wednesday..

I really hope that everyone else gets the things they ordered. This is the first time I've actually had any problem with an online order from M&S although I know this isn't the case for everyone.

does anyone know when the next reductions are someone said on another forum that they had seen 70% reductions today??

I ordered a few things for my baby son at about 11.30pm the night before the sale was supposed to start, and got an e-mail the next morning to say 1 item was out of stock. It was still in stock online so I ordered again and so far no e-mail. If they send it I'll be asking for my p&p back.
Also went into the Owlcotes store in Leeds the next afternoon and got a few items for my older son that looked nicer in the flesh than on the site, and some lovely undies for me that weren't shown online. No decent baby vests or sleepsuits left though, only tiny sizes for girls.
newkidontheblock - I fear I may have done the same thing, we'll see!
