ETA - I'm shattered, despite the fact I've missed going to the gym or doing any classes for two days now (in fact, that's probably why... lack of exercise). I've done my exercises though, so I'm off to bed now. See you tomorrow...

4. Wipe the back door down.. inside.. and out!!

Level One
Declutter floors
Declutter the desk and 100 emails!
Level Two
Scrub the tiles, bath, sinks, loo's, shower etc
Polish mirrors and taps
Sort out the toiletries cupboard.. wipe the shelves andmake it all nice and neat
Level Three
Sweep and mop/vacuum the floors
empty and clean out the bins
wash the windows and sills
Extras

1. binbag dance
2. HHI
3. Collect all the dirty laundry from upstairs and put it in the wash!
4. Clean out any stinky pets!

Thanks to all for the advice re felt tip pens and fridges- I'll try them out tomorrow...

No flying today:o . I got up, pottered a bit, then went for a "lie down" at 11am.

Woke up at 4pm :eek: . Not good, and I missed a lovely day. I'm not going to beat myself up about it though - which is a positive step for me!! Instead, I am going to be up and at'em tomorrow - so, kitchen, remainder of living room (which is still looking gooooood) and whatever is on for Wednesday.....will make use of the kitchen timer to get started - always works for me

Dusty I have sent you a pm but just wanted to add that that your Nan was very much a part of our flylady community and we followed her progress with you. I am sure she has passed on her skills to you as you are always getting to grips with your house and I am sure she was very proud of you and your family. xx I feel honoured that you think she would have approved of us!!! I am so pleased the boys have found a keepsake.

Just a quick addition to my earlier post - I wont be staying in for the radio therapy so you will still have me posting - I will have to go daily for it! Will have more news on thursday as to when it is going to start but need to get organised(especially food wise) as it does make you extremely tired I understand.

Morning all, hope you've all had a good nights sleep and ready for some flying. Ive not had a good night, so no work for me today. Have been awake for hours now, and am giving up tossing and turning and am off to find my list instead and update with today's.

Vacuum/sweep under furniture you can safely move!
