I've been working all day and have just s/s my clinic. Mum and dad coming for dinner so need to help prepare that. No peace for the wicked!!

Not quite sure what to do when he has the children, will have to think about it but will be nice to have some me time in the middle of the Easter holiday. yes definately

Did make me laugh on Tuesday , he was looking after the children while I went out. I came back about 10.30 and he was just finishing on his computer and he blew me a kiss which I return.:rotfl:

That's it, enough for one day! I have also done the odds and ends food shopping this morning - all the things I can't get online- and taken DS2 into town, bought boxers and shoes (at huge expense...) and treated myself to some perfume with Boots points! (Some of them are on half price, if there are any keen Bootsers here - valli and Triker perhaps?) Then ran DD over to BF's. I was then supposed to go over to retail outlet and look for sandals, but had really had enough running around for one day. Came home, had a cup of tea, and cleaned the bathroom, DD's room and the main bedroom.

I've had a good look at the tourist office site and found some very helpful links to travel websites, that worked out our trip from town centre to rented house - tube and bus, 40 minutes - not exactly the town centre it was supposed to be! I expect we'll manage, I feel better about it now I know.

pigpen - mmm, that's not going to be an easy one. I assume the unit is for baby? If it's the best for him, then everyone will get through this somehow. Huge hugs, whether you want them or not.

We did another 2 hours decluttering and sorting at Nans.

More stuff listed on freecycled and more pictures taken for ebay. OH is being a star helping.

Flylady Southern Meet - Saturday 4th April

(all flyladies and gents welcome)

soappie and I have been looking at places to meet next Saturday - we have a dog and a child coming so are limited on places in Southampton itself. Also, S'ton are playing at home next week so the place could be quite busy (assuming they still have any fans!!!)

So, if people are ok with it, we are looking at pubs more in the countryside but within a few minutes walk of a train station, where we can sit in or out depending on the weather, go for a nice walk in the country, have a drink and get food if we want to, and people can arrive / leave as they need to.

Does this sound ok?

So far, confirmed peeps are

soappie (and doggy), sexymouse, greenbee, Jo (and DS) and me! with flower and L-L possible coming.

Everyone is welcome, so please let me know if you want to join us!
