invite some round and see who seems most realistic about the selling conditions and price. its tempting to go with the agent that puts the highest price on your property but you'll then be sat there waiting to sell it for ages0

Hi all,
Have found a local agent and have negotiated a 0.95% fee, sole agency, 12 week initial tie-in and no lock-ins after this period has expired. does this sound like a good deal?
Many thanks in advance0
