Does anyone know where I can buy ORZO from in London?
Tesco was a no-no and surprisingly, so was Waitrose.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
JT x

I would try the small italian delicattessen type shops, you know the kind i mean? I used to love this stuff as a kid in italy, for breakfast with biscuits or bread to dip
good luck finding it☆ §ügÅr cØÅTëÐ pØï§Øn ☆

Hi there,
I no longer live in London but there used to be a really great Italian deli on the Fulham Road, just past the cinema on the opposite side adn they used to have all sorts of stuff like this. ALso there is a smaller similar shop on the end of Old Compton Street0 -
Any greek and most turkish food shops will probably have it as wellWeight loss since 01/08/07 - 72 lbs:j0

I'm sure I've seen it in Tesco with their exotic groceries - Greek stuff and bags of chapatti flour etc, might have imagined it though.0

This is where I was yesterday and when I couldn't find it, i asked someone. They didn't have a clue what it was or where it would be?
Any ideas of whereabouts in the store?
Thanks

Can't help with where to buy it, but it is a pasta which looks very much like rice (although rice is the same width for the whole length of the grain, whereas Orzo is slightly tapered at the ends - if that makes sense
). M&S have got an Orzo salad in their Count on Us range, for those that would like to see it - I think it is an Orzo with Balsamic tomatoes salad (and very nice it is too - I tried it once!, albeit at £3 a go!).
Never bought it as a basic ingredient, though (although will be watching this thread, because I wouldn't mind trying it!)...;)
