To resolve the issue, perform the following:
Go to Windows registry.
Navigate to the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/App Paths
Double-click HELPCTR.EXE.
Right-Click (Default) in the right window pane, and click Modify.
Type the following:
C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\HelpCtr.exe
Click OK.
Exit the Registry Editor, and restart Windows XP.
This is what it's telling me to do but i'm not hot on these topics how do i get to registry key

any ideas ???0

You need to edit the Registry, as the above link says - not something that's for the unwary, as you could trash your whole system.any ideas ???
If you are determined to try it, first back up the registry, then Start>Run>type 'regedit' (without apostrophes) and click OK then navigate to the relevant registry key and edit it exactly as shown in the link.0 -

Did you press the little + next to App Paths? then a big list should appear. Your are in regedit aren't you? not just using the explorer.0
