They have to stop once you have repaid your debt.... try that.0

Mmmm grey area... I would suggest you send them a letter by recorded post stating that you request all correspondance from this point forward is in writing only. Apart from the fact many of them call at unsocial hours it will help you keep a paper trail of everything and no agreements discussed over the phone can be forgotten or misfiled or just not added to your account notes due to badly trained staff. Once it's in writing both you and they have evidence of things being done and what was agreed etc
