Hello everyone still on BT phone line - or is it only me??

I received my on line (paperless) bill today and it was 20% higher than expected. It looked like the line rental charges had got mixed up with BT removing a charge from Dec-Feb and replacing it with another from Dec to mid March.
Also, the rate of monthly charge was incorrect OR they weren't knocking enough off (discount) for paperless billing etc.
Phoned BT billing enquiries and the result was a £14 reduction in the bill because it was wrong.
Advice - anyone receiving bills should have a look - I cannot be the only one with this problem.
Also, how does it happen with all the right discounts etc set on their systems???
