Am FTB, with offer accepted perusing the internet about conveyancing and wanted to see what info was in a HIP.
According to that site, the Property Information Questionnaire is required in a HIP from 6th April. My question is, required by whom? Is this for all new HIPs or will it need to be added to old HIPs, or worst of all, will the poor !!!!!!s need to get a new one?
Current owner has a HIP so am interested to know if he'll need to add anything to it or get a new one.
Looking at the form it doesn't seem that complicated. I guess they would just print it out and stick it in the file?

The PIQ is only a requirement after 6th April. HIPs before that date do not need updated.0
