Red Letter Day Experience? BAD before I've even booked???

What experience?! You don't have to do any experience with Red Letter Days, to receive a BAD experience!

I feel the need to shout and maybe even cry, as I have now lost TWO Red Letter Days Experiences! The First being when the company went into administration and the second today, when they put the phone down on me? I'm not sure how much I dare say in a public forum, due to the fact I have morals and I treat all people the way I feel I want to be treated. That does not mean however that I going to lay down and quit, oh no.

I have written to their Customer Service department, and explained how I've tried to book an experience and that at the time my chosen experience was not avaliable and told that the voucher was VALID for a year as I had activated it.... rubbish apparently as I was told today by one of their employees.

How can I get my money back? I feel the Red Letter Days experiences is nothing short of DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!

Many posts else where on the internet say pretty much the same thing.

I would greatly appreciate anybodies feedback or experience with R L D's and if you have managed to receive a refund or have had your voucher extended I would very much like to hear from you.

Martin, can you help me?

How long should vouchers be valid for? Mine was only SEVEN MONTHS...

Cheers all,

MCi

My voucher does have an expiry date, but was told over the phone prior to the expiry date, that because I had enquired about an experience, the voucher was valid for a year, which i took it from when it had been purchased.

If a RLD's employee tells me that, I can only take their word as the truth, why would the lie?

But they could say you are lieing. If it has an expiry date on it then it is down to you to keep an eye on that date and use the voucher before then. Sorry to be so blunt but you don't stand a chance of getting your money back!
