Brazil 12 days - lastminute.com?

After a lot of searching we found this deal. From what we can see, no other tour comes even close in terms of cost.

Has anyone used lastminute.com to book a holiday before? Is it possible to write/speak to lastminute.com before actually booking?
We are quite concerned having to shell out almost £3500 based purely on a description. Does anyone have any bright ideas on finding out who the operator might be?

Errr... do you have a number to call them? We have spent a good deal of time trying to find a number.

The ATOL number referenced is 5309. This is a company called Flying Eagles who trade as Holiday Genie. But I can't see any Brazil hols. on their web site.
