good classifieds programs for websites?

hi all

i need a (preferably free, but will pay) php based classifieds program for a new website of mine. geoclassifieds is too unwieldy by the way. i am looking to be able to have:

1. flexibility to change designs using html
2. ability for advertisers to upload and display photos
3. for the program to be able to handle paypal, nochex, moneybookers payments
4. simple set up

i understood the you thought noahs free didn't suit your needs,
i have added paypal buttons to ads before by pasting button code to ads. there is also a paid ecommerece version of noahs however i have no experiance of installing onto hosting.

pm me if you want a demo site of noahs free to play with or have you looked into osCommerce which includes a full shopping basket with payment processors.
