Bathroom Installation - Advice Please?

Hi all, Im needing a 3 piece bathroom suite installing and wondered if anyone knows what sort of price I should be looking at. I will be providing the suite myself. I may also need a shower installing, the full lot-enclosure,tray and shower.

Edinburgh rates are £350 for a straight swap inc fittings and labour exc suite

I am due to have my en-suite shower room refitted. We are paying £1500 for the installation which will take 5 days (£300 per day). This includes plasterboarding, adhesives, sealants, skip hire, fixing, plumbing parts. They will rip out old suite and install new suite, fitted furniture, heated towel rail and tile walls and floor (new furniture supplied by us).

We had several quotes and all were roughly the same so we went with who we felt most comfortable with.

I should add that the new sink/toilet/shower enclosure/fitted furniture/tiles etc are costing us another £1500, so in total the whole project is costing 3k:eek:

We could have saved by installing a basic suite similar to what we have now but in order to modernise it and make it sleek and contemporary, we had to spend more.
