CUSTOMER COMPLAINT
I would like to advise you of the poor service which I received in the Boots store, Aberdeen. I called in yesterday 12.03.09 and made an appointment for later that day, i.e. 15.15. At 15.45, I was still waiting and just about to leave when the young man called me. I asked about hearing aids and he showed me a brochure! He told me he did not have time to carry out a test today and if I wanted a test I would have to make another appointment for next week. I was very disappointed and more than a little surprised as I was the only customer in the shop at the time.

is it possible to call in ur complaint? might get a better response... ive emailed places in the past and not heard back - find that they're much more responsive on the phone lol x0 -

It's worth complaining to the shop!
I complained to Boots by email (from their website) when I couldn't get served one morning. There wasn't a single person taking money as they were all stacking shelves.
They replied with an apology and asked for my full name and address so they could send me a gift card. The gift card was worth £15.0 -
